Summary

This study tests a one-time cell therapy called rapcabtagene autoleucel against the standard drug rituximab in 96 people with severe, hard-to-treat scleroderma. The goal is to see if the cell therapy can better improve skin hardening, daily function, and lung health over 52 weeks. Participants must have had scleroderma for less than 7 years and meet specific disease criteria.
