New combo therapy aims to control tough skin cancer without surgery

Summary
This study tests whether combining radiation therapy with the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab can help people with advanced skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) that cannot be surgically removed. About 34 participants will receive this treatment to see how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to improve outcomes without the need for surgery.
