Summary
This study tests a new treatment called RAK cell therapy, made from human umbilical cord blood, for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread or come back after standard treatment. The goal is to see if it can help patients live longer and keep the cancer from growing, while checking for side effects. About 90 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part in this randomized, double-blind trial.
