Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, Radium-223 and enzalutamide, in 45 men with advanced prostate cancer that had spread and was no longer responding to hormone therapy. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and tolerable. Researchers tracked side effects and how long it took for the cancer to progress.
