Summary

This study aims to understand how radiation therapy for head and neck cancer affects a patient's teeth, gums, and saliva over time. Researchers will follow 100 patients from before their radiation treatment through one year after, measuring changes in gum health, tooth decay, and dry mouth. The goal is to gather information that can help improve dental care and preventive strategies for cancer patients undergoing this treatment.
