Summary

This study tests whether adding radiation to immunotherapy and chemotherapy can help people with advanced small-cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver. It includes 30 adults aged 18-75 whose cancer did not respond to or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and delays disease progression.
