Radiation boost tested as new hope for tough kidney cancers
NCT ID NCT06255223
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specialized form of radiation therapy can help control advanced kidney cancer that has started growing again after initial immunotherapy treatments. It will involve about 35 patients whose cancer has spread to multiple sites. The main goal is to see if this combined approach safely stops or shrinks tumors and extends the time before the cancer progresses again.
