First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a newer, shorter course of radiation therapy (MH-ART) against the standard longer course (CF-IMRT) in 228 women who had surgery for cervical or endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if the newer approach causes fewer side effects and improves quality of life while still controlling the cancer. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and followed for up to 3 years.
