Doctors test radioactive zap for hidden thyroid cancer clues
NCT ID NCT07453225
Summary
This study is testing whether a radioactive iodine treatment can help control thyroid cancer in a specific situation. It's for adults who have had surgery and initial treatment, but now have high blood markers suggesting the cancer might be active, even though their follow-up scans look clear. The goal is to see if this extra treatment can lower those blood markers and better manage the disease.
