Targeted radiation therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a radioactive drug called lutetium Lu 177 dotatate can shrink tumors in men with a specific, aggressive form of advanced prostate cancer that has spread. The drug is designed to seek out and deliver radiation directly to cancer cells that have certain markers. Researchers will enroll about 30 participants to see how well the treatment works and how safe it is.
