New radiation approach tested for Tough-to-Treat gynecologic cancers

Summary
This study is testing a specialized radiation technique for patients with cervical cancer or pelvic recurrences who cannot receive standard internal radiation (brachytherapy). The goal is to see if this method can control the cancer in the treated area while limiting damage to nearby healthy organs. Researchers will follow 20 patients to track tumor control, survival, and side effects.
