Scientists track radiation bowel damage to predict patient recovery

NCT ID NCT07378631

Summary

This study aims to understand how different patterns of rectal injury from radiation therapy affect a patient's long-term recovery. Researchers will observe 150 patients over time, collecting medical information and test results without changing their treatment. The goal is to find links between the type of injury and patient outcomes to help doctors better predict and manage this condition in the future.
