Summary
This study is developing and testing a web-based learning tool for radiation oncology residents. The tool includes a systematic review system and case examples to help residents learn how to evaluate radiation treatment plans. Twenty residents will use the tool, and researchers will measure changes in their exam scores and confidence. This is an educational study, not a treatment trial.
