New tool helps Doctors-in-Training master radiation plans

Summary
This study aims to create and test a new learning tool that helps radiation oncology residents review and improve radiation treatment plans. Twenty residents in their second to fourth year of training will use the tool and then take a test to see if it helped them learn. The goal is to see if this tool makes residents more confident and skilled at planning cancer radiation therapy.
