Summary
This study tested whether adding a short, high-dose course of radiation therapy could improve the effectiveness of immunotherapy for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. It involved 45 patients who were already receiving immunotherapy. The goal was to see if the radiation helped control the cancer for longer without causing severe side effects.
