Radiation blitz on all tumors: a new hope for advanced cancer?

NCT ID NCT05508464

First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This trial is testing if using a very precise, high-dose form of radiation (called SABR) on every single detectable tumor can help people with widespread cancer that has spread throughout the body. It will compare this aggressive radiation approach to standard care to see if it helps patients live longer, keeps the cancer from growing, and improves their quality of life. The goal is to see if attacking all visible cancer spots can better control the disease.
