New radiation attack on spread prostate cancer shows promise
NCT ID NCT06150417
Summary
This study is for men newly diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to a few other spots in the body. It tests if adding targeted radiation to those specific cancer spots, on top of standard hormone therapy and prostate treatment, helps control the disease better and for longer. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets the standard treatments, and the other gets the standard treatments plus this extra targeted radiation.
