Radiation blitz on all tumors: can it stop Cancer's spread?

Summary
This study is testing whether using a highly focused, high-dose radiation treatment on all visible tumor sites can help people with a limited number of cancer metastases live longer without their disease getting worse. It is for adults with breast cancer or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to 5 or fewer places in the body. Participants are randomly assigned to receive this targeted radiation plus standard care, or standard care alone, to see which approach works better.
