Summary
This study is testing whether adding radiation therapy to the chest can prevent painful or difficult symptoms from developing in patients with advanced lung cancer that has spread. The radiation targets large tumors or tumors near sensitive areas in the chest. All participants will continue their standard cancer drug treatments alongside this experimental radiation approach.
