New combo attack on Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

NCT ID NCT06572605

Summary

This study is testing if a new combination treatment is safe and effective for people with a hard-to-treat form of multiple myeloma that has spread to soft tissues. It combines a targeted cancer drug (talquetamab) with a short course of focused radiation aimed at one of the cancer's growths outside the bone. The goal is to see if this two-part approach can better control the disease in up to 20 participants who have already tried several other standard treatments.
