Higher radiation dose tested to fight aggressive brain cancer in seniors

NCT ID NCT06835803

Summary

This study is testing whether giving a higher daily dose of radiation over three weeks works better than the standard dose for older adults with a newly diagnosed aggressive brain tumor called glioblastoma. Researchers will compare survival, side effects, and quality of life between the two treatment groups. The goal is to find a more effective radiation schedule for patients aged 65 and older.
