Summary
This study is testing whether adding a targeted radiation boost directly to the tumor can help shrink large cervical cancers more effectively before patients receive standard internal radiation therapy. All participants will receive this experimental boost during their usual radiation treatment to see if it reduces tumor size better than current methods. Researchers will track tumor shrinkage, side effects, and cancer control for up to two years to determine if this approach is safe and beneficial.
