Radiation boost may help CAR t therapy work better for tough lymphomas
NCT ID NCT05574114
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving radiation therapy before standard CAR T cell treatment is safe and practical for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 20 participants will receive split-course bridging radiation to all active disease spots before getting their CAR T cells. The main goal is to check for unexpected severe side effects and see if completing the radiation plan is feasible.
