Summary
This study is testing a new treatment order for people with cancer that has spread to their bones and needs surgery to prevent a break. Researchers want to see if giving a very precise, high-dose radiation treatment (SBRT) less than a week before the bone-stabilizing surgery is safe. The main goal is to find out if this approach helps stop the cancer from growing back in the treated bone area.
