Targeted radiation after surgery aims to stop lung Cancer's return

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a precise form of radiation therapy after lung cancer surgery helps prevent the cancer from coming back. It will involve 164 adults who had surgery but still have cancer in nearby lymph nodes. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard follow-up care alone, or standard care plus this targeted radiation treatment.
