This study tests whether an 8-week online stress reduction program called RiSE can improve well-being, reduce inflammation, and change DNA markers in African American women aged 50-75 who have risk factors for heart or metabolic disease. Participants are randomly assigned to either the RiSE program or a general health education group. Researchers will measure stress, coping, blood pressure, and collect saliva samples at several points over six months.
