Summary

This study tests a program called RiSE that teaches African American women ways to handle stress from racism. Researchers want to see if it lowers inflammation and improves well-being. About 300 women aged 50-75 with heart or metabolic risks will join online classes for 8 weeks and provide saliva samples and health measurements.
