Summary

This study tests two different doses of the drug quizartinib as a maintenance therapy for adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (FLT3-ITD positive) who are in their first complete remission after initial treatment and have not had a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see which dose is safer and more effective at preventing the cancer from coming back. About 130 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a higher or lower dose of quizartinib.
