Summary
This study looked at whether quitting cigarettes and e-cigarettes at the same time or quitting cigarettes first then e-cigarettes works better. Nineteen adults who used both products daily took part. All received a medication called varenicline, counseling, and support tools to help them stop. The goal was to see which approach led to more people successfully quitting both products.
