Summary

This study aims to understand how doctors make decisions about continuing or stopping blood-thinning medications for patients in palliative (comfort) care. Researchers will survey 300 Italian physicians using hypothetical patient scenarios. The goal is to learn about current medical practices and decision-making, not to test a new treatment.
