Summary
This study tests a new device that uses special 'structured light' patterns to see if people with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) perceive them differently than those with healthy vision. The goal is to develop a test that can detect AMD earlier than current methods, before vision loss begins. Researchers will compare results from 50 participants, including those with AMD, glaucoma, and healthy controls.
