Summary

This study looked at how to improve quality of life for patients over 70 with solid tumors who need chemotherapy. Researchers followed 76 patients to see how standard geriatric assessments could help tailor cancer treatment to better meet older adults' needs. The goal was to use these assessments to adjust chemotherapy plans and provide better support for patients' physical, psychological, and social well-being.
