Summary
This study looks at how inner strengths like resilience, gratitude, and acceptance help older adults (60+) feel better and cope with stress. Researchers will measure quality of life, loneliness, and emotional well-being in 110 participants living in Spain. The goal is to shift the view of aging from decline to strength and to design better support programs.
