Summary

This study looks at whether a special ultrasound-guided nerve block (Quadro-Iliac Plane Block) can help control pain after lumbar spine surgery. About 60 adults having elective back surgery will be observed. The goal is to see if the block lowers pain scores and reduces the need for opioid painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery.
