Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people whose head and neck cancer has come back. It combines a short course of radiation called QUAD SHOT with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and helps shrink tumors or improve quality of life. About 30 adults with recurrent head and neck cancer are taking part.
