Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called QLS5132, given by IV in combination with other cancer therapies, for people with advanced solid tumors like lung, stomach, ovarian, and endometrial cancer. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see how well the combination treatment works to control the cancer. Participants will receive the study drug and have regular check-ups to monitor side effects and tumor response.
