New drug QLF4113 enters first human tests for tough prostate cancer

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug, QLF4113, in about 140 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for signs that the drug shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels. The study is not yet recruiting and is run by Qilu Pharmaceutical.
