Summary

This study tests an investigational drug called QLC7401 for people with high cholesterol that remains high despite taking standard cholesterol-lowering medications. About 780 adults will receive either the study drug or a placebo as a shot under the skin. The goal is to see if QLC7401 can safely lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol more than current treatments alone.
