Summary
This study tests a new medicine called QL2106 against an approved drug, Tremfye, in 190 healthy adults aged 18-45. The goal is to see how the body processes each drug, check for side effects, and measure immune responses after a single dose. Participants must be in good health and within a certain weight range.
