Summary
This study will compare two exercise programs—qigong and the Otago program—to see which better improves balance, agility, walking, and quality of life in people with diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes). About 44 adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage will participate. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to help them move better and reduce fall risk.
