Ancient practice tested for modern long COVID misery

NCT ID NCT05675995

Summary

This small study tested whether a traditional Chinese movement practice called qigong could help people with long COVID feel better. Forty adults with lingering symptoms for over 12 weeks were split into two groups. One group attended six weekly qigong classes right away, while the other waited eight weeks to start, to see if the practice improved their physical and mental health.
