Summary

This study is investigating whether the mind-body practice Qigong can help reduce chronic low back pain by changing how the brain processes body awareness. Researchers will compare Qigong to standard exercise in 60 adults with chronic back pain. The main goal is to see if Qigong leads to greater pain reduction and improved body awareness, while also measuring changes in related brain activity.
