Can a simple injection before and after surgery stop colorectal cancer from returning?

Summary

This study tests whether a medication called QBECO, given as self-injections before and after liver surgery, can lower the chance of colorectal cancer coming back or spreading. About 115 adults with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver will take part. They will inject QBECO for at least 11 days before surgery and 41 days after, then be followed for up to 5 years.
