Summary
This study tested whether a natural supplement called Pycnogenol (from pine bark) can improve health and reduce symptoms in people with Long COVID. 153 adults with ongoing fatigue, brain fog, or breathing problems took either Pycnogenol or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in overall health and specific symptoms to see if the supplement helps.
