First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests if a simple breathing exercise called pursed-lip breathing can help children aged 3 to 4 with pneumonia. The exercise involves breathing in through the nose and out through pursed lips. Researchers will check if it improves breathing, heart rate, and oxygen levels, and if it helps kids get ready to leave the hospital sooner. 66 children will take part.
