Summary
This study looks at how eating pulses like beans, lentils, and chickpeas changes the bacteria in your gut and affects how full you feel after meals. Researchers will give 44 overweight adults a high-pulse diet for 4 weeks and measure changes in gut microbes, appetite hormones, and blood fats. The goal is to understand if pulses can help with appetite control and metabolic health.
