Sleep breathing problems linked to heart risk in lung disease patients

Summary
This study follows 60 adults with pulmonary hypertension to see how sleep-related breathing issues and heart rate patterns evolve over two years. Participants will have overnight sleep tests at the start, 12 months, and 24 months. The goal is to find better ways to predict and manage heart risks in this condition.
