Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a drug called PTX-100 in 115 adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), a rare type of skin cancer. Participants receive PTX-100 by IV infusion over several cycles. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate tumors and to check its safety.
