Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with PTSD respond to certain treatments while others don't. Researchers are testing whether simple blood pressure and eye reflex measurements can predict which veterans will benefit from the medication prazosin. The study also examines how the body's stress response system differs in people who have experienced trauma.
