Summary

This study tests whether a type of talk therapy called prolonged exposure plus incentives (PE+) can reduce PTSD symptoms in pregnant patients. Thirty pregnant adults with PTSD will receive weekly therapy sessions for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in PTSD severity and treatment acceptability.
