Pregnant women offered cash to try PTSD therapy
NCT ID NCT06670079
Summary
This study is testing whether a therapy called prolonged exposure, combined with small financial rewards for attending sessions, helps reduce PTSD symptoms in pregnant women. All 30 participants will receive 12 weeks of weekly therapy and be assessed regularly. Researchers will also check if the treatment is acceptable to patients and look at pregnancy and birth outcomes.
